Who is the mentorship program for?
It’s for service-based solopreneurs who want to grow their business in the next 6-12 months. You probably don’t yet have a good or well-formed strategy for growing your audience and want to get better at creating and sharing your content on your website (if you have one) and your preferred social channels.
You’ll be looking to create more leads in your business, with a view to introducing a way of nurturing those leads, before converting them into loyal, paying clients. You’ll have a few products and services that you offer currently, but looking to supplement these with new offerings, perhaps even considering new income models, e.g. residual or passive streams.
You’ll be open to new ideas and willing to do the work that’s needed in order to get the results that you want for you and your business.
And finally, the most important attribute, you’ll be a good, decent, human who only wants to see others do well in business.
How does the program work?
The program is delivered on a 1-2-1 basis, where you and I meet regularly (once per week via Zoom) to go through the plan for each upcoming week. If you have blockers to your progress, then I’ll help you identify ways around your impediments so as to ensure ongoing progress is made.
You will choose your preferred weekly slot and try to choose one that will work for you most weeks (I understand we all have variances and unforeseen events in our calendars, but in general).
You’ll never feel alone or isolated because outside of our 1-2-1 sessions you’ll have 24/7 access to me via email, and during normal daily working hours you’ll have access to me via a private messaging channel. There will also be the opportunity to get involved with others from my community of like-minded solopreneurs.
How many sessions are in the 6-month program?
During the 6-month program you’ll be invited to book no fewer than 24 sessions, however there could be certain dates in which there is no availability, e.g. festive period.
